Today, with still limited ressources, you have to be more efficient, faster. If your strategy is clear and your goals are set, you will go faster in putting your plan into action. However you need the right profile to lead the project.
My role is to help you to build your international sales not just advising, I can also be operating. I can work as your time shared Export Manager along with any member of your team. Your customers will see me as part of your company and it will be easier to build a trustfull and fruitfull collaboration.
You will have access to direct information and will have better control over your market and progress. My role will be to implement the international strategy, set the sales policy, follow up existing customers, find and prospects new leads.
I will set tools to follow up the activity, such as data base, KPIs, sales reports. I will present your offer and negotiate directly with the potential customers. I never work for 2 companies in the same field at the same time.
